Styling options for the dashboard can be found underneath the ‘Theme’ section of the ‘Settings’ tab. You can choose one of the predefined themes, like a dark theme, or create your own by clicking the ‘Custom’ option. As such, you can adapt different color options, multiple fonts and other elements on how your objects are displayed on your dashboard. Many specific elements such as legends and tooltips can be customized as well to give a comprehensive look and feel. You can make your dashboard even more attractive and make it fit with the theme of your company.

Once you're done creating a suitable theme, you can save it as an "Organization theme" if you're an "owner" within the organization: this allows you and your colleagues to easily re-use that theme across different dashboards by selecting it in the theme dropdown. Secondly, once you've created your first organization theme, organization owners can set it as the default organization theme in the Organization settings: this ensures that your theme will be used by default when you or your colleagues create a new dashboard!

If you’re curious about how your users will see the dashboard, you can go to the preview mode.

You may also specify a different theme for individual charts by going into the chart’s settings and changing the dropdown setting from “Inherit” to a different theme or Custom settings.

Further customization can be achieved by using CSS to modify virtually any property of the elements of the dashboard. More information can be found in our academy’s article on Using CSS to create pixel perfect dashboards.
