The AI Summary widget in Luzmo Studio automatically generates a concise overview of the most important trends and key figures across your dashboard charts.
How to create an AI Summary
You can add the AI Summary widget to your dashboard from the widget library in Luzmo Studio. Once added, the widget automatically scans the charts in your dashboard and generates a summary based on their data. No additional data slots are required. The summary dynamically reflects the current state of the dashboard.
Main features
Custom Summary Instructions: You can define custom instructions to guide the AI toward specific metrics, trends, or a particular tone and structure. This lets you tailor the output to your audience or use case. You can also set a word limit to control summary length.
Filter Awareness: The summary is fully filter-aware. When dashboard filters are applied or changed, the summary automatically updates to reflect the filtered data, so the explanation always matches what's currently displayed.
Limitations and availability
The following chart types are currently excluded from analysis: pivot table, regular table, conditional number, circular gauge, and speedometer.
It's not yet possible to select specific charts to include or exclude — all charts are analyzed automatically. The widget is also not available as a Flex component, and generating summaries via the API will be documented soon (contact us at support@luzmo.com for more details on this).
