In short, unbranding is about removing Luzmo branding from an embedded dashboard. Whitelabeling is removing Luzmo branding from the dashboard editor (Luzmo platform).

Unbranding

Unbranding means the removal of Luzmo references in an embedded dashboard or the embedded dashboard editor. More specifically that means:

  • No Luzmo logo on dashboard loader;

  • No 'Powered by Luzmo' in the dashboard bottom banner.

Unbranding is available in a Professional, Elite or Enterprise license.

Whitelabeling

Whitelabeling means the complete rebranding of the Luzmo platform and dashboard editor. This is relevant if you want your end-users to design dashboards in a familiar environment. More specifically whitelabeling means:

  • The creation of a branded portal with its own:

    • Logo

    • Primary and secondary brand colors

    • Individualized welcome images.

  • Branded, personalized, and automated emails from a custom sender (email address) .

Whitelabeling is available in an Elite or Enterprise license.
